This Side of Paradise

    Mrs.  Moen, I would like you to meet Jack Barret. He is a junior in high school.  Jack was not very happy that he and his brother Troy are forced to move to Paradise, a gated community in which no one is permitted in or out, or at least that is what his father thinks. When Jack’s mother returns home from a retreat, he and his brother troy know something’s amiss. Jack is an intelligent and well behaved son, and he is almost perfect. Jack likes the guard, Jori who works at the gate in Paradise. When Jack finds out that Gram has been electrocuted he knows he needs to leave Paradise and investigate his old house. He returns to discover troy has been cloned and he is outraged to discover his father is actually Mr. Eden, the creator of Paradise.
